Sales & Accounts Growth Trainee

No previous experience is required.

We are looking for fresh graduates with curiosity, ambition, resilience, and a strong passion for Sales, Business Development, and Revenue Growth .

During the internship, you will gain hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle across Egypt and the GCC region , including:

▪️ Lead generation and prospect identification

▪️ Discovery and cold calling techniques

▪️ Sales meetings and client communication

▪️ Business development and account growth

▪️ Client onboarding across our key service lines: • Organizational Development (OD) • Learning & Development (L&D) • HR Outsourcing

Requirements
