Requirements

Previous experience as a Padel, Tennis, and/or Pickleball Coach is preferred.
Good understanding of the basic techniques, rules, and training methods of the relevant sport.
Friendly, approachable, patient, and communicative , especially when interacting with children.
Comfortable and experienced in coaching kids , with the ability to create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment.
Able to adjust coaching methods based on the age, skill level, and learning pace of each student.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with both students and parents .
Professional, responsible, punctual, and committed to providing a positive coaching experience.
Having an existing student base or personal network in Depok would be a strong advantage.
Candidates who already have a good reputation/name and established students in the Depok area are highly preferred, as there may be opportunities for further collaboration and expanding the coaching program.
Open to both individual coaching and group sessions .
Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications are a plus, but not mandatory .
