Account Manager

About this role

Manage relationships with financial institution clients and ensure their satisfaction by providing the company’s solutions in debt collection and receivables management, with a focus on understanding their financial needs and delivering added value to support their strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 1- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration , or related field.
• 2- 4-5 years of experience in account management or business development within a bank, financial institution, or FinTech company.
• 3- Strong knowledge of financial products and services (e.g., cash management, debt collection, loans, payment solutions).
• 4- Strong financial analysis skills and ability to read and interpret reports.
• 5- Familiarity with regulations and guidelines.
• 6- Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
