For Season 2027, we are looking for a passionate F&B Trainee to join our team in Corfu.

The Role

As an F&B Trainee, you will support the daily operations of our restaurants and bars while gaining practical experience in five-star food and beverage service. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will learn MarBella Collection’s service standards and develop your hospitality skills.

A Day in the Job

Great F&B service is built on teamwork, attention to detail and genuine care for every guest.

Here's what a typical day in Corfu could look like:

You assist with the daily operations of restaurants, bars and banqueting outlets.
You welcome and seat guests, present menus and provide product information when needed.
You support waiters and bartenders in serving food and beverages in line with hotel standards.
You ensure tables, stations and service areas are clean, organised and fully stocked.
You assist with the set-up and breakdown of events, meetings and banquets.
You respond to guest requests politely and efficiently, escalating issues when required.
You maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and personal grooming throughout the day.
You learn and apply hotel policies, procedures and service standards in your daily work.
You shadow experienced team members to build practical knowledge of F&B operations and service.

Is This You?
Essential

qualifications

Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
A genuine interest in Food & Beverage operations and guest service.
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Good communication skills in English.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Additional qualifications – a plus:
Knowledge of an additional foreign language.
Previous exposure to a hospitality, restaurant or customer-service environment.
