We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to coordinate video projects, perform quality assurance, and keep creative workflows running smoothly.

1,800–2,500 USD per month, depending on experience. Full-time remote contractor position. International applicants are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate video projects from assignment through completion
  • Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables
  • Perform QA on completed videos, including pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting
  • Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors
  • Maintain organized project workflows and communication across the team

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization

- Strong project coordination and time-management skills

  • Able to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing details
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Preferred: Video editing/QA, creative operations, video production, agency, or performance marketing experience.
