About this role
On behalf of one of our clients, we’re looking for an experienced Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in door planning and aluminium manufacturing to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality inspection plans and standards for manufacturing processes.
- Review technical drawings and specifications to identify critical inspection points before production.
- Analyze Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), investigate recurring defects, and identify root causes.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.
- Coordinate with production and technical office teams to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Prepare quality reports and monitor quality performance indicators.
- Maintain quality procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial quality engineering.
- Experience in door planning and aluminium manufacturing is required.
- Good understanding of technical drawings, manufacturing specifications, and quality control procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and internal quality auditing is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
