This position requires that technical skills and domain expertise be constantly updated to adhere to service level commitments, customer expectations, and the changing technology landscape

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in QA engineering, with a focus on testing complex, large-scale enterprise web applications.
• Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across the full product development lifecycle.
• Proven experience testing software products in JAVA / J2EE and modern Web environments (HTML, CSS, JSON).
• Experience implementing and executing API-level test cases (e.g., using Postman or similar tools) is highly preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of Windows environments and SQL databases, with the ability to write queries for data verification and backend validation.
• Highly proficient with JIRA or similar bug-tracking tools, with a track record of maintaining clear, detailed defect reports, troubleshooting logs, and root-cause analyses.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly and promote customer satisfaction when supporting product issues.
• A proactive team player who can work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with developers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
