About this role

Creative Strategist / Marketing Coordinator

Company: Winning Assistants

Employment: Full-Time as an independent contractor

Department: Marketing

Compensation: $1,500 - $3,000/month, depending on experience

About Winning Assistants

Winning Assistants helps healthcare practices by providing highly trained virtual assistants that handle front desk tasks, scheduling, insurance, billing, scribing, and other administrative work.

We've worked with hundreds of doctors and clinic owners across the U.S. and are continuing to scale through paid advertising.

We're hiring a Creative Strategist/Marketing Coordinator to own our paid ad creative pipeline and build our ad creative library.

The Role

Your main responsibility is simple:

Make sure Winning Assistants always has fresh, high-quality ad creatives ready to launch.

The primary focus of this role is creating paid ad creatives specifically for Facebook (META) and Instagram.

This role is specifically focused on paid advertising creative—not organic social media content. Your job is to help develop and coordinate ads designed to capture attention, attract qualified prospects, and get them to book a call with our team.

You will coordinate the production of a minimum of 20–30 new ad creatives every month.

You will not be responsible for filming, being on camera, editing videos, or running ads yourself.

Instead, you will:

Research → Develop Ideas → Write Scripts/Briefs → Coordinate Creators & Editors → Review → Deliver Finished Ad Creatives → Analyze Performance → Repeat

We have a media buyer who runs and optimizes the ads. Your job is to make sure they always have great ad creatives to test.

Why This Role Matters

As we scale our paid advertising spend aggressively, we need a constant pipeline of fresh ad creatives.

Winning ads eventually fatigue. New audiences respond to different hooks, angles, formats, and messaging.

We need someone whose job is to make sure ad creative never becomes the bottleneck to growth.

This isn't content creation for the sake of posting.

The ad creatives you coordinate are directly connected to customer acquisition and revenue generation.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Ad Creative Pipeline
  • Coordinate a minimum of 20–30 new ad creatives per month , including but not limited to:
  • UGC / creator-led ads
  • Founder-led ads using footage we provide
  • Static ads
  • POV / meme-style ads
  • Case studies and testimonials
  • Pain-point and problem/solution ads
  • Qualification-focused ads
  • Other formats you believe we should test
  • You'll manage the process from idea to finished, launch-ready ad creative.
  • Develop Ad Ideas
  • Constantly research high-performing ads, competitors, direct-response marketers, high-spending brands, and creators such as Daniel Iles.
  • You'll develop and test different:
  • Hooks
  • Angles
  • Formats
  • Pain points
  • Personas
  • Emotional drivers
  • Qualification messaging
  • The goal is not to blindly copy other advertisers. It's to understand why their ads work and apply those principles to Winning Assistants.
  • Attract the Right Prospects
  • We don't just want clicks. We want qualified businesses booking calls.

Our ads should attract established healthcare practices—generally businesses doing at least $10,000+/month in revenue —while discouraging startups, very small operators, and businesses looking for cheap part-time help.

  • Every ad creative should:
  • Grab attention quickly
  • Speak directly to our target audience
  • Help qualify the viewer
  • Clearly communicate the problem and solution
  • Build trust and authority
  • Position Winning Assistants as a premium operational solution—not simply cheap VA labor
  • Avoid false claims or unrealistic promises
  • End with a clear CTA to book a call with our team
  • Coordinate Creators & Editors
  • We will provide approximately $2,000-5,000/month for UGC production budget.
  • You will:
  • Find and manage UGC creators
  • Negotiate rates and deliverables
  • Provide scripts and creative briefs
  • Coordinate filming and deadlines
  • Collect footage and request revisions
  • Coordinate with editors
  • Review finished ad creatives
  • Make sure everything is delivered on time and ready for our media buyer
  • Again, you don't need to film or edit the ads yourself. You need to make sure they get made well.
  • Learn From Performance
  • You'll work closely with our media buyer to understand:
  • Which ads are winning
  • Which hooks and angles perform best
  • Which ads are fatiguing
  • Which ads generate qualified vs. unqualified leads
  • What we should make next
  • You'll also work with our sales team to understand lead quality, prospect revenue, common objections, and what our best prospects care about.
  • Then you'll turn those insights into the next batch of ad creatives.
  • How Success Is Measured
  • Your primary goals are:
  • 20–30+ fresh ad creatives delivered every month
  • Consistent pipeline of new ad ideas and tests
  • Strong CTR and creative performance
  • More booked calls from businesses doing $10k+/month
  • Better overall lead quality
  • Fast iteration of winning ad concepts
  • Staying ahead of creative fatigue
  • Keeping our media buyer consistently supplied with fresh ad creatives
  • The goal is:
  • Better ad creatives → more qualified attention → more qualified booked calls.
  • Ownership
  • We are looking for someone who takes massive ownership.
  • You should not need someone constantly telling you:
  • "Make another ad.", "Find another creator.", "Follow up with the editor.", "Try another hook.", "Look at what's working." That's the job.
  • If an ad is winning, you should already be developing variations.
  • If an ad is attracting poor-quality leads, you should be figuring out why.
  • If ads are beginning to fatigue, replacements should already be in production.
  • We don't want to manage the ad creative pipeline for you. We want you to own it.
  • Who We're Looking For
  • You should be:
  • IMPORTANT: This is a full-time, dedicated position—not a freelance side project . If you currently manage multiple clients, run your own agency/business, or plan to juggle this position with other full-time work, please do not apply. We’re looking for one person who wants to fully commit to Winning Assistants and take ownership of this role long-term.
  • Proactive and highly organized
  • Creative but also analytical
  • Strong at direct-response messaging and copywriting
  • Familiar with Meta ads and short-form advertising creatives
  • Comfortable reading advertising performance data
  • Able to manage creators, editors, deadlines, and budgets
  • Obsessed with understanding why ads work
  • Able to operate independently without constant supervision
  • Experience with performance marketing, paid social ad creative, direct-response advertising, or UGC production is strongly preferred.
  • We want candidates who can show us ad creatives they've helped conceptualize or produce and explain what worked, what didn't, what they learned, and what they made next.
  • The Mission
  • We're not hiring someone to simply "make content."
  • We're hiring someone to own the system that continuously gets high-performing ad creatives made.
  • As Winning Assistants scales toward $100,000+ per month in paid advertising , our media buyer should never be starving for great ads to test.
  • If you see a winning ad and immediately think:
  • "Why did that work—and what should we make next?"
  • We want to hear from you.
  • If this sounds like you, please apply ASAP. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of this function and help us build the next stage of Winning Assistants' growth.
