Hire Digital is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager. Working closely with editorial and intelligence teams, you will transform existing articles, research, interviews and insights into campaigns that attract, engage and nurture senior business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop a content marketing strategy that supports audience growth, brand awareness and lead generation.
• Repurpose editorial output into LinkedIn posts, newsletters, carousels, short-form video and other digital formats.
• Build distribution plans around publication schedules, research releases and key industry developments.
• Manage email campaigns, segmentation and automated nurture journeys through Pardot.
• Improve content discoverability through SEO, paid promotion and targeted distribution.
• Measure how content contributes to engagement, leads and commercial opportunities.
• Use AI tools to speed up and scale content repurposing.

Requirements

• At least 6–10 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in content marketing for publishing, B2B media or research.
• Experience marketing publications and building specialised professional audiences.
• Strong content repurposing and multi-channel distribution skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of Pardot, marketing automation and lead nurturing.
• Excellent English and the ability to maintain a premium editorial tone.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach and confidence working independently.
• Availability to work on a hybrid basis in Singapore.
• Experience reaching banking or financial services decision-makers is a plus.
