The Money

• Year one OTE: $60,000 to $125,000
• Uncapped commission. There’s no limit on what you can earn.
• Brokers who submit two or more qualified applications a day earn over $100K in commission for the year.
• Every client you fund comes back for more and sends you referrals. Your second year is built in your first.
• The hours you’d lose commuting into the city are hours you spend on the phone building your book.

What You’Ll Do

• Get on the phone with business owners across America
• Find out what their business needs to grow
• Open funding applications and send them to our in-office closing team
• Negotiate, handle objections, and close
• Run your pipeline in our CRM
• Build a book of business that’s yours

• On-site, Monday through Friday. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
• Our Queens office is in the Utopia Center in Fresh Meadows, minutes from St. John’s University.
• Served by the Q45, Q46, and Q48 buses, with parking on site.
• We’re building our Q4 team for the biggest funding rush of the year.
