About this role

You want a season in Greece.

This role is based in Greece.

It’s not a normal job at home.

You relocate for the season.

You live where others spend their holidays.

And you are the first person guests meet when they arrive.

As Guest Check-In & Check-Out Specialist, you manage arrivals and departures smoothly and professionally. You welcome guests, handle documentation, provide information and make sure their stay starts and ends without complications.

Your days are structured. Check-ins. Check-outs. Questions. Coordination with housekeeping and other departments. You work with systems, schedules and clear procedures. Accuracy matters. Communication matters.

It is organised work. It requires attention to detail. It requires professionalism.

But it is still a season in Greece. You step outside after your shift and you are already in a holiday destination. You live with colleagues from different countries. You share experiences beyond the front desk.

If you are ready to work in a professional front-office role while spending a season in Greece, this could be your opportunity.

Apply and join our reception team in Greece.

Requirements

This role requires previous experience in reception, hospitality or customer service. You need to feel comfortable speaking English. German or French skills are a strong advantage in many hotels.

Benefits

Accommodation is organised before arrival. Meals are included. You receive a legal EU seasonal contract and insurance. The structure is clear — you focus on guest service.
