Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video call to help clients manage their mental health.
• Foster an open space for clients to explore their emotions and gain insights into themselves and their relationships.
• Provide client advocacy, assisting them in setting personal and therapeutic goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on a solution-focused approach, tailored to each client's needs.
• Salary : $115,000 – $120,000 annually plus full benefits.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure.
• Experience with a diverse client base and a range of mental health conditions.
• Strong interpersonal communication and trust-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
