This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about establishing strong relationships and providing exceptional support to Finnish-speaking clients in a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Interact with Finnish-speaking clients via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Address inquiries regarding products and services while offering tailored assistance.
- Effectively manage and resolve client concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction and client loyalty.
- Log all client interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and client relationship practices.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and preferences.
- Stay informed about the company’s offerings and industry trends to efficiently inform clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in client relations, customer support, or a related role is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard computer applications.
- A genuine passion for building relationships and delivering excellent client service.
