Experience: 12+ Years

Qualification:

Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, OR

Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Project Management, OR

MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Kannada Speaking Preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of infrastructure and construction projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, government authorities, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within approved budget and quality standards.
• Oversee construction activities, site management, safety compliance, and quality assurance.
• Review project reports, drawings, technical specifications, and contractor submissions.
• Manage contract administration, change orders, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, environmental standards, and project guidelines.
• Conduct project review meetings and provide regular status reports to management.
• Support procurement, financial planning, and project cost control activities.
