Software Testing Trainer

Müller's Solutions is actively searching for a knowledgeable Software Testing Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for

• Adapt training methods to different learner needs and skill level
• Design and deliver training programs aligned with learning objectives
• Facilitate learner engagement and interactive training sessions
• Assess learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content
• Deliver testing training for neuro-diverse candidates

Technical Skills & Areas of Expertise:

· The instructor must be able to deliver high-quality instruction in the following areas:

· Testing Types: Functional vs. Non-functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and UAT.

· Methodologies: Waterfall, V-Model, Agile/Scrum

· Test and Design Black-box (Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis), White-box, and Experience-based testing.

• . A Bachelor in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• · ISTQB certified
• · A minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Testing
• · A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional training
• · Knowledge of inclusive employment practices and workplace accommodations.
• · Prior experience as an instructor, trainer, mentor, or teaching assistant
• · Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently
• · Comfortable teaching beginners with little or no data background

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

• · Experience delivering long-running or cohort-based programs
• · Industry experience translating theory into practice
