Requirements
- Previous experience in a luxury restaurant or upscale dining environment.
- Strong service skills, with the ability to read guests’ needs and adapt accordingly.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a natural inclination toward teamwork.
- Emotional intelligence, composure under pressure, and a polished, professional presence.
- Motivation to grow within a luxury hospitality setting and openness to continuous training.
