Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Annual Salary: $115,000–$120,000
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual care within a structured, collaborative clinical environment. The work is well suited to an LMFT who values consistency, strong therapeutic relationships, and a clear approach to care. A regular weekday schedule, established clinical processes, and team support allow you to stay focused on helping individuals, couples, and families navigate relational and emotional concerns.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled telehealth sessions with an established caseload
- Complete clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and initial treatment planning
- Provide ongoing therapy informed by relational and family systems approaches
- Maintain accurate and current clinical notes and treatment plans in the EHR
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities
- Coordinate additional services and connect clients with appropriate resources when needed
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related behavioral health field
- Active Tennessee LMFT license
- At least 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure preferred
- Experience working with couples and family systems
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
