Requirements
- Key Responsibilities
- > Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, ensuring a smooth and efficienthiring process for both clients and candidates;
- > Support and advise global clients on their hiring strategies and talent needs;
- > Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, understanding theirbusiness goals and talent requirements;
- > Drive business development initiatives, including identifying new clientopportunities and offering tailored talent solutions;
- > Stay updated on market trends and industry insights to provide strategicguidance;
Who You Are
- >1-3 years of experience in headhunting, HR recruiting, or B2B sales(internship experience is also welcome);
- > Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Korean or Mandarin;
- > Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels;
- >Strategic thinker with a proactive, performance-driven mindset;
- > A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented; environment;
- >MBA is a plus, but not required;
