About this role

The Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day site operations, ensuring that works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. The role involves leading site operatives, coordinating subcontractors, and supporting the Site Manager/Site Supervisor in delivering the project programme.

Requirements

5years Experience working in a construction foreman or similar supervisory role
Strong practical knowledge of construction site operations
Ability to lead and motivate site operatives
Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills

Good knowledge of health & safety practices on site
Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets
