Who You Are

You are an organized, reliable professional with a background in administrative or operational support — and you have done this for U.S.-based clients or companies. Your experience could come from real estate, mortgage, leasing, logistics, property management, healthcare administration, legal support, finance operations, or any professional services environment where keeping things moving, following up, and communicating clearly in English was part of your daily work.

You take ownership of your tasks, you don’t wait to be reminded, and you know how to work within systems, processes, and CRM platforms without losing the details. You are looking for a stable, long-term position — not a short-term gig.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Depending on your placement, your day-to-day may include a combination of the following:
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointments across time zones with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle email correspondence — organize inbox, flag priorities, and draft responses on behalf of your client.
  • Perform data entry, maintain records, and organize digital files and documentation.
  • Follow up on open tasks, pending approvals, and outstanding items — keep workflows on track without being prompted.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, tenants, borrowers, or clients depending on the industry.
  • Update and maintain CRM records, pipelines, and operational databases accurately.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents as needed.
  • Support light project coordination — track deadlines, confirm deliverables, and flag delays early.
  • Handle sensitive client and company information with full confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an administrative, operations, or coordination role — required and must be documented on your resume.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or companies — BPO or direct U.S.-client exposure preferred.
  • This position is on-site at our office in San Isidro, Lima — candidates must be able to commute daily.
  • Strong spoken and written English — C1 preferred.
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms, project management tools, or property management systems (any platform).
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — you follow through without being reminded.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Your last 3 positions should reflect an average tenure of at least 1 year per role; this will be verified during the screening process.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.

Benefits

  • Compensation: S/ 2,200 – S/ 2,500 per month based on experience.
  • Immediate payroll enrollment from Day 1 — fully registered under Peruvian labor law (Régimen General).
  • 100% statutory benefits — CTS, gratificaciones, vacaciones, and AFP/ONP contributions per Peruvian regulations.
  • Private health insurance — Rímac EPS, 100% employer-covered from the start.
  • Long-term career placement with a single dedicated U.S. client.
  • Fixed U.S. business hours — no rotating shifts.
  • Exposure to U.S. business standards, tools, and professional culture.
  • Career growth opportunities — many of our Associates grow with the same client for years.

IMPORTANT: When applying, please upload your resume in English.
