This opportunity is within the semiconductor space and offers the chance to lead field service operations supporting critical equipment performance. In this role, you will help drive service excellence, strengthen customer confidence, and bring structure and visibility to operational performance through strong leadership and execution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee field service engineering activities for sub-fab equipment, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
- Lead customer-facing service delivery.
- Report operational data.
- Implement and track KPIs.
Requirements
- Experience in the semiconductor industry or military.
- Proven experience managing field service engineers, leading shift or site teams, and owning service operations for a customer account.
- Hands-on experience with vacuum pumps, abatement systems, gas delivery, chillers, or other large equipment and toolsets.
- Experience reporting service data and implementing KPIs such as preventive maintenance completion, response time, or customer SLA performance.
- Strong customer-facing experience, including regular fab customer communication, handling escalations, presenting service performance, and owning the overall service relationship.
