About this role
We are seeking an experienced Specialist / Consultant in Psychiatry to join a prestigious premium healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with mental health conditions while providing comprehensive psychiatric care and evidence-based treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments, evaluations, and diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Manage patients with a range of psychiatric and mental health disorders.
- Provide medication management and monitor treatment outcomes.
- Offer psychotherapy and appropriate counselling interventions.
- Manage complex psychiatric cases and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Promote mental health awareness and patient well-being.
Requirements
- Recognized Specialist or Consultant qualification in Psychiatry.
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications and clinical experience.
- Proven experience in psychiatric assessment and patient management.
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- UK CCT, Western Qualified, American Board, Australian Board, and German Board.
