About this role

Fifth Element is looking for an Art Supervisor to help bring healthcare and pharmaceutical brands to life through smart, strategically driven creative. You’ll partner with Copy and cross-functional teams to develop integrated AOR work across HCP and patient audiences, contributing from concept through execution while keeping the work engaging, on brand, and MLR-ready.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Copy to develop strong concepts and integrated campaign ideas
  • Contribute to art direction and design across traditional and digital AOR tactics
  • Translate brand strategy and complex scientific information into engaging visual communications
  • Help maintain brand standards and visual consistency across deliverables
  • Collaborate with Medical, Strategy, Account, Editorial, and Project Management throughout development and review
  • Participate in internal and client creative presentations
  • Provide guidance and feedback to junior creatives
  • Explore AI and emerging technologies to enhance ideation and creative workflows

Requirements

  • 5+ years of art direction/design experience, including 2+ years within a healthcare/pharmaceutical advertising agency
  • Strong conceptual thinking with a portfolio of integrated healthcare/pharma work
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical advertising and the MLR process
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong eye for typography, layout, visual storytelling, and brand consistency
  • Experience across traditional and digital AOR tactics
  • Comfort using AI and emerging creative tools to support ideation and workflows
  • Pay Range- $120,000- $135,000
