About this role
Are you passionate about great entertainment and helping others? On behalf of a BPO client, we’re looking for motivated Danish-speaking individuals to join the customer support team. Based in beautiful Greece - with the option to work remotely across the country - you’ll be assisting subscribers with everything from payment inquiries to streaming troubleshooting.

What you will do
- Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
- Answering how-to questions about payment
- Troubleshooting streaming and content issues
- Assisting subscribers with how-to questions & navigating on Netflix
Requirements
- Fluent Danish speaker
- Fluency in English
- Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
- Computer knowledge/tech savviness
- Being a TV shows fan will be considered as an extra asset!
- Relocation to Greece
- EU Passport holder
