The Sales & Distribution Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company’s sales and distribution operations. This role focuses on achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, managing merchant and client relationships, and ensuring efficient distribution processes. The position requires a results-driven leader with strong commercial acumen and proven experience in sales and distribution management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies to achieve company targets.
• Manage and supervise sales teams and distribution staff to ensure operational efficiency.
• Identify and acquire new clients, merchants, and distribution partners.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular reports and forecasts.
• Ensure timely and efficient distribution of products/services across assigned regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, clients, and stakeholders.
• Resolve operational and commercial issues promptly to maintain service quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, logistics) to support business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in sales and distribution (preferably 5 years).
• Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving commercial targets.
• Experience in distribution operations and client account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in dynamic environments.
