Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and talented Regional Sales Manager -All governorates to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and achieve regional sales targets.
- Manage and develop Sales Supervisors and their teams.
- Conduct field visits to ensure strong execution.
- Build relationships with key accounts and distributors.
- Oversee pricing, promotions, and visibility implementation.
- Analyze regional performance and provide strategic actions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing (MBA is a plus).
- 5–8+ years of sales experience, including managerial roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience in FMCG/pharma preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools; willing to travel.
