About this role

As a Business Development Representative, you will build the first connections with a growing base of brands on a fast-growing influencer marketing platform. You will consult prospective clients on the platform’s offerings and turn the most engaged users into qualified sales opportunities in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.

We are looking for an SDR or BDR who is comfortable with high activity volume, quick consultative conversations, and reading usage data to decide who to contact and when.

Responsibilities

  • Working a daily queue of product-qualified leads (PQLs) flagged from usage signals, with outreach by email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Achieving a calling volume of 40 to 80 calls per day to qualify key leads.
  • Running short discovery sessions that connect a brand’s goals to subscription features.
  • Providing quick assistance and troubleshooting to users with questions.
  • Testing outreach timing, messaging, and offers, and reporting on what works.
  • Collaborating directly with Account Executives.
  • Feeding back which signals predict conversion to sharpen PQL scoring.
  • Keeping the CRM (HubSpot) accurate and up to date.
  • As time permits, conducting outreach to marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and cold outreach to good-fit brand accounts.

Requirements

  • C1-C2 English proficiency. Clear, confident written and spoken English is required for daily calls and outreach.
  • 1 to 3+ years in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or another fast-paced, customer-facing role.
  • Comfort with high activity volume and quick, consultative conversations.
  • Clear, concise writing: you can make a two-line email land.
  • Curiosity about data and comfort reading usage signals to decide who to contact and when.
  • Experience selling to marketing teams, e-commerce brands, or agencies.
  • Background in influencer marketing, the creator economy, or martech.

Benefits

  • Location: 100% Remote (LatAm), with an emphasis on async collaboration
  • Compensation: 2,000 to 3,000 USD/monthly base + commission (4,000 USD/monthly OTE)
  • Annual performance and compensation reviews
  • PTO: 2 weeks of vacation + paid statutory holidays
  • Paid sick leave
