What You'll Do
- As an Assistant Service Manager, you'll help keep the Service Department running smoothly while providing an excellent experience for every customer.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Service Manager with daily department operations
- Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service
- Answer incoming calls and customer questions
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
- Follow up with customers regarding service and repairs
- Prepare and complete repair orders accurately
- Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and management
- Help monitor the status of vehicles throughout the service process
- Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient service department
- Help ensure company service standards and customer expectations are met

- We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, motivated, and comfortable working with both customers and a service team.
- You'll bring:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Automotive service or dealership experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Professional phone and customer service skills
- Leadership mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
