Dental Sales - Referral Coordinator

The Wisdom Teeth Guys is seeking a motivated Referral Sales Representative to manage and expand our established Katy/Northwest Houston Texas territory. This position focuses on building relationships with general dental offices and generating patient referrals for wisdom teeth removal.

What You'll Do

• Visit general dental offices throughout the assigned territory and surrounding areas
• Build strong relationships with dentists, office managers, treatment coordinators, and staff
• Educate practices on the advantages of referring patients to The Wisdom Teeth Guys
• Conduct marketing visits, lunch-and-learns, and other outreach activities
• Maintain and grow an established referral network while developing new referral sources
• Represent a trusted brand known for exceptional patient care, affordability, and convenience

This is a field-based position covering Katy/Northwest Houston and surrounding areas. The territory is already established and generating referrals. Your goal will be to strengthen existing relationships while driving continued growth throughout the region.

• Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000 per year (competitive base salary plus uncapped commission)

Requirements

• Proven sales, business development, and/or relationship marketing experience (2+ years of sales experience required)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable making cold/warm calls and developing new business relationships
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based environment
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the territory
• Dental industry experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Preferred Location: Candidates must live in the Katy/Northwest Houston and surrounding area, as these locations provide convenient access to the territory.
