Responsibilities

• Assess clients' insurance needs related to property and casualty coverage.
• Develop and present customized insurance solutions to clients.
• Assist clients with the completion of applications and insurance documentation.
• Negotiate with underwriters to obtain coverage with favorable terms and pricing.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations affecting property and casualty insurance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent or similar role.
• Active Property and Casualty insurance license in the appropriate state.
• Strong knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using insurance management software and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Willingness to stay current with industry developments and changes in regulations.
