We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join Quality & Reliability (QnR). In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications and complex information systems, working with cutting-edge technologies across both backend and frontend environments. Requirements

• What you'll work on:
• Design and develop modern full-stack web applications
• Build and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js/Next.js
• Built responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Tailwind CSS and custom CSS, with close attention to usability, accessibility, and visual detail
• Write clean, efficient, and secure code following best practices
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical and application issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technologies
• Document technical solutions and development phases
• What you bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of professional experience in software development, with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, or Gradle and modern development workflows
• Knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) is an advantage
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate, state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Jotai), and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) is a plus
• Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI, Jasper Reports, or previous involvement in Public Sector projects will be considered an asset
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with attention to detail, adaptability, and a continuous-learning mindset
