When you authorize it, AlphaGov may name you as an expert collaborator or key personnel on proposals that match your expertise. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award and final staffing approval. Permission will be requested before including a candidate's name or resume in a proposal.
AlphaGov is seeking an HRIS/HCM Implementation Specialist to support municipal human-resources information system selection, configuration, data migration, and go-live readiness for a city/county HR modernization pursuit.
What you'll do
- Lead or support HRIS/HCM implementation workstreams (requirements, configuration, data conversion, testing, cutover)
- Map HR processes (core HR, benefits, timekeeping, payroll integration) to system capabilities
- Coordinate stakeholders across HR, IT, finance, and vendor teams
- Produce implementation plans, test scripts, training materials, and go-live checklists
- Contribute HRIS/HCM qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when permissioned
Requirements
- Required:
- Hands-on HRIS or HCM implementation experience (Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG/Ultimate, Dayforce, or comparable)
- Public-sector or complex multi-department HR systems background
- Comfortable as a 1099 / project-based collaborator with travel as needed for client on-sites
Nice to have
- Municipal or county HRIS modernization leadership
- Payroll / timekeeping integration experience
- Change-management or end-user training delivery for HR systems
