Greek Technical Operations Data Specialist

About this role

We are looking for Technical Operations Data Specialist s with native Greek and English language skills and multi-level competencies to become members of a dedicated, enthusiastic team, that manages daily operations, shares and develops knowledge and much more.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Data mapping and integrations to systems on hand
• Implementation and maintenance of parametrization activities and strategies
• Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions
• Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents
• Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures
• Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment
• Identifying areas or processes for improvements.

Requirements

About you

• Able to work full time
• Native Greek speaker & good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Experience with MS Office package
• Experience with MS Office package
• Proficiency with MS Excel (would be an advantage)
• Ability to identify root cause and solve problems
• Quick learner and good problem solver
• System thinking.
• Data mapping and migration experience (would be an advantage);
