Full Stack Developer

About this role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a digital product team building scalable web applications for the HR, recruitment and professional services market.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of user-friendly platforms, including employer portals, candidate profiles, assessment flows, dashboards and integration features.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications and platform features.
• Work across frontend and backend development.
• Build secure, scalable and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI and business teams.
• Integrate third-party APIs, data services and automation tools.
• Participate in technical architecture decisions.
• Ensure performance, quality, security and reliability of the platform.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React, Next.js or Node.js.
• Experience with databases, APIs and cloud environments.
• Understanding of authentication, data privacy and secure coding practices.
• Ability to work in agile product teams.
• Experience in SaaS, HR tech, marketplaces or platform products will be considered a plus.
