Role Summary
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Manager, EMEA is a commercially minded B2B marketer responsible for building and driving demand generation across the region.
This person will own the EMEA marketing funnel, develop integrated programs that generate qualified pipelines, and work closely with regional Sales to move priority accounts from awareness through engagement and opportunity creation.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly accountable and comfortable operating in a technical healthcare environment. They understand how to translate marketing activity into measurable business outcomes and can move easily between strategy and execution.
This is fundamentally a demand-generation and commercial marketing role
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Generation & Pipeline: Build and execute the EMEA demand-generation plan across digital, email, paid media, webinars, events, partner programs and targeted outbound campaigns. Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets.
- Funnel Management: Track leads from initial engagement through MQL, SQL and opportunity stages. Monitor conversion, velocity, pipeline coverage and campaign performance and report regularly on funnel health.
- Sales Partnership: Act as the day-to-day marketing partner to EMEA Sales. Align on priority markets, accounts, personas and opportunities and build programs that directly support regional commercial objectives.
- Account-Based Marketing: Develop targeted programs for strategic enterprise accounts and buying committees, combining digital engagement, events, content, customer evidence and sales outreach.
- Marketing Operations & Measurement: Maintain strong CRM and marketing automation discipline, including lead scoring, segmentation, routing, attribution and campaign reporting. Ensure marketing data is accurate and actionable.
- Events & Conferences: Own the commercial strategy for EMEA conferences and industry events — objectives, audience targeting, pre-event campaigns, meeting generation, lead capture, follow-up strategy, budget and ROI. Coordinate agencies, vendors and internal resources for execution rather than personally owning every logistical task.
- Integrated Campaigns: Develop regional campaigns around AIRS Medical solutions, customer outcomes, clinical evidence, product launches and market priorities. Adapt global campaigns for EMEA audiences rather than creating isolated regional activity.
- Content & Creative Oversight: Identify the assets required to support campaigns and work with internal teams, designers, agencies and subject-matter experts to produce
- Budget & ROI: Manage the EMEA marketing budget and evaluate investment based on pipeline contribution, conversion and commercial impact rather than activity volume alone.
