We are looking for a German-Speaking Customer Support & Back Office Agent to join a new healthcare-related project.

Your Role

In the initial stage, the position will focus primarily on back-office operations and order processing , with the role gradually expanding to include customer support calls.

You will support patients and healthcare professionals with inquiries related to healthcare products, ensuring accurate, professional and empathetic communication.

Requirements

• What We’re Looking For
• Strong professional fluency in German , both written and spoken
• Ability to communicate confidently and naturally with customers

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Empathy, patience and a customer-oriented approach
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Good organizational skills

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Back Office or Contact Center environments
• Ability to work effectively within a structured and process-driven environment
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector will be considered a plus
• Basic knowledge of English or Greek for internal communication
