About this role
Role Summary:
Own digital and event marketing end to end for Rolling Arrays and its group businesses. You will plan and run SEO and AI visibility, keep website pages and content up to date, run email campaigns, and plan and deliver offline events. You will work as an independent contributor, report to senior leadership, and drive organic growth and qualified enquiries across our key APAC markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital marketing strategy: Lead SEO and AI Optimisation across all subsidiaries and markets, covering traditional search and AI-era search (AIO, GEO, AEO and SXO). Stay ahead of trends such as AI search tools, voice search and mobile-first indexing.
- Technical SEO: Run technical audits and fixes for site speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, schema markup and analytics integration.
- Website: Work with marketing team to oversee website management and redesign, with fast load times, intuitive UX, clear navigation and content that reflects each brand.
- Content: Drive content strategy and optimisation, including keyword research, on-page improvements, AI-assisted blogging for market insights and quality visuals that lift engagement and conversions.
- Website pages: Update existing pages and build new ones (landing pages, event pages, service and product pages) on WordPress and similar CMS platforms, without waiting on a developer. Use AI tools to speed up page builds and routine content updates.
- Events, end to end: Run the operations for our events and webinars: venue and vendor coordination, run of show, registration pages, collateral and on-day logistics. You will get a playbook and support for the first few events, then run them on your own.
- Event invitations and follow-up: Build invite lists with the sales team, invite customers and prospects by email, LinkedIn and phone, track RSVPs and send reminders. After the event, follow up with every attendee and hand warm conversations to sales.
- CRM: Implement and integrate CRM systems to capture, track and nurture leads from web forms, enquiries and campaigns, automate follow-ups and align with the sales pipeline.
- Reporting: Track organic traffic, lead quality, conversion rates and ROI in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs and CRM dashboards, and give data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, development and sales teams to build digital best practice into new projects and campaigns.
- Group-wide campaigns and events: Drive group-wide campaigns and events that bring our subsidiaries together under one stronger brand story. You’ll have direct exposure to subsidiary CEOs, and you’ll build strong collaboration across our businesses to turn shared ideas into results.
