As a Supply Chain Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in transforming supply chain operations by leveraging the o9 Integrated Business Planning Platform. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end planning processes that align with business goals. Your expertise will guide clients through data integration, scenario modeling, and real-time decision-making, ensuring agile responses to market changes.

With a focus on functional consulting, you will translate complex supply chain challenges into actionable solutions that enhance visibility, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

Requirements

• 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Lead end-to-end implementation of o9 Integrated Business Planning modules tailored to client needs
• Conduct business process analysis and map current practices to future state using o9 capabilities
• Design and configure data models, rules, and workflows within the o9 platform
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client users and stakeholders
• Develop and execute test plans, including functional and integration testing
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and consistency across systems
• Document functional specifications, user guides, and best practice frameworks
• Monitor performance metrics and generate dashboards for key stakeholders
• Stay abreast of industry trends and o9 platform enhancements to advise clients accordingly
• 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain consulting with a focus on planning platforms
• Strong knowledge of the o9 Integrated Business Planning Platform and its implementation lifecycle
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Experience with data integration across ERP, WMS, and other supply chain systems

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and cost savings
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in scenario modeling and demand forecasting
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry best practices
