We’re looking for a creative, ambitious, performance-driven video editor who knows how to turn attention into conversions.

If you’ve worked on high-performing VSLs, Meta ads, dropshipping creatives, or direct-response e-commerce content , this opportunity was built for you.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing health & wellness e-commerce portfolio targeting the Lebanese and GCC markets — creating Arabic content with the editing quality and performance standards of top Western DTC brands.

Requirements

• ⚠️ This is NOT a cinematic filmmaking role.
• We’re searching for editors obsessed with:
• Hooks that stop the scroll
• Fast-paced retention editing
• Conversion-focused storytelling
• Winning ad creatives that scale
• 🔥 What You’ll Be Creating
• High-converting VSLs (3–6+ minutes)
• Facebook & Meta ad creatives
• Direct-response Arabic video ads
• AI-powered UGC content
• AI-generated B-roll and visual sequences
• Scroll-stopping edits optimized for engagement and sales
• 🎯 What We’re Looking For
• You’re likely a great fit if you:
• Have real experience editing DTC e-commerce ads
• Understand how winning performance creatives work
• Know how to edit for retention, hook rate, CTR, and conversions
• Have experience with health, wellness, beauty, or dropshipping brands
• Can work fast without sacrificing quality
• Take feedback professionally and improve quickly
• Are proactive, coachable, and growth-oriented
• 🤖 AI Experience is a BIG Plus
• We’re specifically looking for editors who already use AI tools for:
• AI UGC generation
• AI B-roll creation
• Creative automation workflows
• Be ready to share the AI tools and workflows you use.
• 🌍 Preferred Background
• Lebanese Arabic speakers preferred
• Egyptian Arabic speakers welcome
• Other Arabic-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
