  • High-level visibility – Collaborate directly with executive leadership and hold a pivotal position within the company
  • True ownership – You will be the primary point of contact for all accounting matters at this location

  • A professional who excels in a dynamic and growing environment
  • Qualifications Sought
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
  • Approximately 4+ years of accounting or finance experience (flexible for exceptional candidates)
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of accountability
  • Experience with ERP systems (implementation experience is advantageous)
  • Background in manufacturing, operational, or cost accounting is preferred
  • Leadership experience or a demonstrated desire and ability to develop into a leadership role

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $85,000 – $135,000 depending on experience
  • Annual bonus program
  • Fully employer-paid family health insurance
  • Affordable dental and vision plans
  • Flexible paid time off based on experience
  • Relocation assistance available

Start Date & Onboarding

  • Target start period: Summer to early Fall
  • Opportunity to come on board early and contribute to shaping operations before full-scale ramp-up
