Senior Network Security Lead

99BrightMinds is seeking an experienced Senior Network Security Lead to lead and manage enterprise network security operations within a large-scale, mission-critical environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing network infrastructure, managing firewall environments, implementing access control solutions, and ensuring the organization's security posture is aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements

• Key Responsibilities & Required Expertise
• Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of Cisco Firepower , Cisco ASA , and enterprise firewall environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure network architectures with a strong focus on network segmentation , threat prevention, and enterprise security controls.
• Manage and maintain Cisco ISE and Network Access Control (NAC) solutions to enforce secure access across corporate and operational environments.
• Develop, review, and optimize firewall policies, access control rules, and rule-base management to ensure security, performance, and compliance.
• Configure, support, and troubleshoot secure connectivity solutions, including Site-to-Site VPNs , Remote Access VPNs, and secure remote access technologies.
• Implement and maintain security controls across data center environments , ensuring infrastructure security and operational resilience.
• Lead security initiatives across cloud and hybrid environments , ensuring secure connectivity, segmentation, and access governance.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to network security threats, leveraging security monitoring tools and threat prevention technologies.
• Collaborate with Security Operations, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams to identify risks, investigate incidents, and implement remediation actions.
• Conduct security hardening, vulnerability remediation, and security best-practice implementation across network infrastructure.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex network security incidents.
• Develop and maintain network security documentation, operational procedures, standards, and architecture diagrams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to security and network engineering teams.
• Support security audits, compliance initiatives, risk assessments, and continuous security improvement programs.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable security solutions supporting large-scale, mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in enterprise network security and infrastructure environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in large-scale, highly available, mission-critical environments.
