Create and design engaging visual content for online and offline marketing campaigns, including graphics, posters, EDMs, social media creatives and promotional materials
Produce multimedia content including graphics, motion graphics, short-form videos, reels and animations for marketing campaigns and brand promotion
Utilize and explore AI-powered creative tools to enhance content creation efficiency, visual design and marketing effectiveness
Manage and maintain corporate social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu and other digital channels
Develop creative content ideas, storyboards, video scripts and copywriting to enhance audience engagement and brand awareness
Participate in photo shooting, video production, editing and post-production processes
Monitor social media trends, emerging digital content formats and AI technologies, and proactively recommend innovative ideas
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns
Support online advertising initiatives through Meta, Google and Xiaohongshu platforms
Assist in organizing online and offline marketing activities, exhibitions and promotional events
Perform ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

Higher Diploma or above in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Creative Media, Digital Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 4
Minimum 2 years of experience in multimedia design, content creation, social media marketing or related fields
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects
Hands-on experience in graphics design, video shooting, video editing, motion graphics and digital content production
Proficient in AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or equivalent is highly preferred
Portfolio showcasing graphic design, motion graphics, video production and social media content is required
Familiar with current social media trends, short-video ecosystems and content marketing strategies
Creative, proactive and passionate about visual storytelling and digital content innovation
Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediately available is highly preferred
