About this role

Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITOM to develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • · Develop and customize ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
  • · Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB .
  • · Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer and Workflows .
  • · Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub .
  • · Work on CMDB data quality, relationships, and CI management.
  • · Troubleshoot technical issues and support ServiceNow implementations.
  • · Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

Required Skills

  • · 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • · Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM .
  • · Good knowledge of Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping and Event Management .
  • · Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
  • · Experience with integrations and APIs.
  • · ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certification is a plus.
