Requirements

Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Professional fluency in English to operate within the international aviation environment.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) for seamless residency and employment in Greece.
Previous experience in customer service or the travel and aviation industry is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a premium brand like Singapore Airlines.
Commitment to relocating for this on-site role in the historic city of Athens.
