Procurement Specialist

Position Overview

The Procurement Specialist role provides operational support for procurement, order processing, and renewal activities across APAC and UK clients. This role coordinates with internal teams and vendors, tracks orders and renewals, and ensures activities are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• · Manage Thrive’s internal renewal inventory, track renewal activities and support monthly renewal reviews.
• · Support APAC procurement activities, including obtaining pricing, preparing quotations in Salesforce, processing requests through ServiceNow, and raising purchase orders.
• · Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• · Support UK clients with order processing and delivery tracking, including monitoring ETAs and following up on outstanding orders.
• · Manage Fortinet renewals for UK clients, ensuring opportunities are accurately maintained in EBMS and actioned on time.
• · Maintain accurate procurement, order, and renewal records.
• · Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations Management or a related field.
• · Experience in procurement, purchasing, order processing, or administrative coordination is an advantage.
• · Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• · Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• · Good communication and follow-through skills.
• · Ability to work in UK business hours (9:00AM – 6:00pm UK time)
• · Experience supporting international clients is a plus.
