Sales Administrator

About this role

Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Sales Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own the admin engine behind a UK sales team — quotes out on time, CRM clean, and nothing slipping between a deal and an invoice.

This is a good fit if you enjoy being the organised one in a fast-moving sales team, like tidy data, and want a long-term career with a UK business from home in South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and send quotes, proposals and order paperwork
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date after every deal stage
• Process incoming orders and hand them to operations cleanly
• Produce weekly sales reports and pipeline summaries
• Handle customer queries on pricing, availability and order status
• Support the sales team with diary, follow-ups and document preparation
• What you'll need
• Experience in a sales administration, sales support or order processing role
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive
• Confident with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting
• Strong written and spoken English, and accurate attention to detail
• A reliable fibre connection, a working laptop and a quiet place to work

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks or a similar invoicing system
• Experience supporting a UK or international sales team
• Experience with quoting or CPQ tools

• Working hours of 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday
