Role:
- Manage and Monitor Autosys job execution
- Troubleshoot and diagnose production issues to provide root cause analysis and
resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues
- Create and maintain documentation related to production issues and resolutions
- Implement and maintain processes and procedures to improve production support
- Coordinate with Devops teams to ensure proper deployment of sprint releases
- Participate as part of weekend rooster and respond to production issues after business
hours
- Identify opportunities for process/performance improvements
