• Take absolute executive accountability for project planning, construction, and successful handovers.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams while directing complex budgets and contract administration.
• Coordinate global tech giants, consultants, and contractors across the development lifecycle.
• Manage critical risks while ensuring world-class construction quality and strict site safety.
• Experience you need:
• Proven pedigree managing complex mixed developments within an established, reputable Tier-1 property developer corporate environment.
• Minimum 15 years in property development with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven history of delivering massive, landmark high-rise or integrated multi-tower portfolios.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related project management disciplines
• Full willingness to lead operations directly at Southern Malaysia sites.
