Conrad Corfu

Conrad Corfu, opening in 2027, is the latest addition to the Numo Hotels & Resorts portfolio. More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist the F&B Manager in implementing department policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Monitor and maintain high quality in food and beverage presentation and service.
• Coordinate staff schedules, train team members, and support their development.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, ISO, and HACCP standards.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring excellent service.
• Report daily operational updates to the F&B Manager regarding sales, productivity, and any issues.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in F&B supervision in 4- or 5-star hotels or restaurants.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and POS systems.
• Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
