WSB Solutions is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a full-time manufacturing opportunity in Cambridge, Ohio. We are looking for skilled maintenance professionals who can troubleshoot equipment issues, perform repairs, and keep production machinery running safely and efficiently.

Pay: $28+ per hour, depending on experience
Shifts: 2nd and 3rd shift available

What You'll Be Doing
- You'll play an important role in keeping manufacturing equipment operating efficiently and minimizing production interruptions.
- Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and repairing industrial production machinery.
- Performing preventative maintenance and routine equipment inspections.
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
- Responding to equipment breakdowns and completing necessary repairs.
- Replacing, installing, and adjusting machine components.
- Identifying potential equipment issues before they cause production delays.
- Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Documenting maintenance activities and completed repairs.
- Following workplace safety procedures and maintenance standards.
- What You Bring to the Team
- We're looking for someone with hands-on industrial maintenance experience who can identify problems and work toward effective solutions.
- Qualifications include:
- Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience is required.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of industrial machinery, equipment repair, and preventative maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable attendance and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with production teams.
- Availability to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
